St.Paul's Afrikan & Caribbean Carnival and Arts association organises over 50 different events / projects throughout the year attracting between 35-40,000 people. It provides events involving the entire community and draws audiences from throughout the West Country and far beyond, thereby helping the local economy and promoting Bristol to the world
