The St. Pauls Afrikan & Caribbean Carnival is a not for profit organisation established to promote cultural & community development in the St. Paul's area of Bristol. We help organise cultural and educational projects for the local community involving schools, colleges, and organisations throughout Bristol.
The purpose of this site is to help promote these projects, to provide information on the Carnival itself and to enable people to contact us
